CATCH THE REPLAY: HOWARD HOMECOMING WITH LANCE GROSS RECAP // DINING AT GORDON RAMSAYS' RESTAURANT IN D.C

In September, we mentioned a few cool football collabs and ended up having so much fun during Homecoming Season in October, we almost forgot to post this dope Karaoke we attended at the [C]ambria in D.C

So, Howard University Alumni and Actor Lance Gross, hosted Homecoming At Howard x The MoveMakers Annual Brunch... and let me tell you - this was definitely one of them "you had to be there" type of events.

A real vibe.  Karaoke, brunch inside.  Rooftop drinks outside.

Turning up hard, overlooking Navy Yard.  BARS! 😄

No but seriously, we had a great time as you'll see....

I didn't wear the shoes I had in my bag!  Just came ready to party....

Catch the replay above and, photos/videos below.

The event, produced by Howard Alum, Joshua Mercer and Sponsored by Maker's Mar[k] and Taylor [P]ort was organized and professional.  Lance was so sweet! He took a pic with everyone who requested one.

Catch Lance in the Tyler Perry BET series House of Payne with Keshia Knight Pulliam as well as his recent BET+ film Call Her King with Naturi Naughton, which can also be viewed on Amazon Prime .

HU - You know!!!

After paying homage to HBCU culture, we headed to The Wharf to wine down....

We didn't have plans or any idea where we were going, just knew we wanted seafood.

The Wharf is beautiful, but it was the middle of October and too windy to eat outside, so I suggested checking out Gordon Ramsay's new restaurant.  Little did I know; Ramsay had two restaurants right across from each other!

I heard about the Fish & Chips Take-out spot, which opened in October of last year, but didn't realize Ramsay had an upscale restaurant in the same area.

We could've went for the more affordable menu, but wanted to unwind and dine.

So we opted for the impressive [H]ell's Kitchen!

The menu was pricey, but who cares?!  We were still on a high from having so much fun earlier, and it just happened to be my homeboy's birthday.

We didn't take photos inside the restaurant (except this one ).

We were too busy enjoying the sunsetting ambiance, and the friendly staff.

Everything was delicious!

My pallet is limited, because I don't eat meat, but I had the Pan-Seared Scallops and Wild Mushrooms, Birthday Boy had the Crispy Skin Salmon, and my homegirl had the 24oz. Prime Bone-In Rib Eye (steak)

If you're in the D.C area and want to experience fine dining, I would recommend [H]ell's Kitchen.
