Aron Gadson, the Owner and Creative Director of GUISE Clothing celebrated the premiere of VH1: My True Crime Story 'Aron Gadson'during NYFW last Monday, September 12.


Gadson shared his story with viewers in Episode 3 of Season 2 along with narrater Remy Ma, for a biographical documentary-style short film, which portrays Aron Gadson's life as a Harlem Drug Dealer, who served time and became an Entrepreneur, upon his release from a 12-year prison sentence.






Fabolous, Styles P, Mysonne, Ox and Tamika Mallory were a few notable guests who came out to support the event at Helen Mills Theater, hosted by Sassy Minglee.




Attendees enjoyed personalized swag bags, refreshments and custom 'GUISE' cocktail pouches created by Innovative Popularity, while Gadson explained parts of the documentary during commercial breaks.

The premiere adds another accomplishment to Aron's list of milestones.




Fabolous, ASAP Ferg, and Mendeecees have also supported the apparel line.



Gadson, launched his book "You Already Won" in 2019 and hopes to 'inspire other men in their abilities to become successful'.

About Aron:

Raised in Harlem's infamous New York City Housing Authority Projects by his mother in a single parent household during the height of the crack epidemic made for a tough life. At the age of 14 years old, Gadson started out on the corner and rose quickly- so quick that his past ultimately led to an arrest and a 12 year prison sentence. After his early release from prison, Gadson decided to change his life in a positive way. He was able to transform himself into the man he always knew he could be. Today he is a father, focused on building his empire and changing lives one story at a time.
