RECAP: HOT 97'S TT TORREZ HOSTS DREAMS & BEYOND YOUNG WOMEN EMPOWERMENT DINNER WITH SURPRISE GUESTS DREAM DOLL AND CONNIE DIAMOND

Last month, Hot 97's VP of Label & Talent Relations, TT Torrez hosted the 'Dreams & Beyond' 'Young Women Empowerment Dinner' for inner-city youth in the Bronx. 

The event came together as a collaborative effort, from producers, Tap In With TT and Bronxworks, settlement housing organization.  

Twenty, young ladies aged 16-23 enjoyed a star-studded experience, including red carpet, and surprise celebrity guests, at Beatstro, a Hip-Hop themed restaurant.

As an incentive, TT and The NOW PR ensured, each young woman received a makeover sponsored by Street Corner Resources, which included; a tailored dress from celebrity designer Edwing D'angelo and glam by Kaye Makeup LLC.

A photo booth and paparazzi added to the celebratory experience, as a symbol of empowerment.  Performances by Def Jam recording artist Connie Diamond and R&B singer Annalise Azadian had the girlies lit. 

Despite a recent injury, The Bronx, NYs' sweetheart, artist Dream Doll, arrived with encouraging words [to] dream big no matter the circumstances ....

TT topped off the event with her own motivational remarks, a Thanksgiving Dinner spread, and a video filled with greetings from influential Black and Brown recording artists including; Latto, BIA, Lola Brooke, PinkPantheress, Baby Tate, Rapsody, and more!
